So if i make a new account in the library can i play it at home or not
You can't delete it, but if you go to a different ip-adress, for instance a library network, you can sign up with a new team. As long as you don't log on to the old one it's all fine.

Ok, understood. However by writing this the way you did it is rather insulting and uncalled for.
If you want help then ask nicely and people will help you. Telling them to F off isn't a good way to ask.
If you want to start a new team on OCM then you have to abandon the old team and start up another team. If you log in to the old team then you will be banned for cheating. Contact The Don, he
